We are a Canadian federally incorporated non-profit dedicated to helping families who are falsely accused of child abuse. We raise awareness of this common yet overlooked systemic issue and advocate for legislative change to prevent the medical kidnapping of sick children. Our mission also includes holding child protection agencies and their contracted physicians accountable for their actions.

What is medical kidnapping? FALSE child abuse accusation based on an assessment of a SICK child by Child advocacy pediatricians (SCAN) contracted by Family and Children’s Services in children’s hospitals leading to apprehension of your child and/or criminal charges against you.
